Pam is a pleasure to deal with and explains things in easy to understand language. I am not the most computer literate person but Pam makes things easier to comprehend. Her company offers, I think, a unique service in her market, She makes house calls! Before Pam I would have to unhook all the cables, lug the PC to a shop, wait 2 to 4 days (at least). Then pick up the computer, lug it back home and hook it back up and pray that when I turned it on it worked! “With a small office having an IT person on staff is not feasible. We heard about Truro Techs to Go through a colleague and had seen their advertisements in the Chamber magazine. So when one of our computers stopped working we decided to give Truro Techs to Go a call. Within an hour Pam was at our door picking up the computer to be fixed. She gives you the option to have it fixed on site or she can take it with her and in doing that she is also very honest about which cost option is best for you. The computer came back working like it was brand new! She goes above and beyond while keeping costs reasonable. Pam gives a detailed report of everything that she does, and she speaks in clear language, not the computer genius language you usually get.
All in all we have had very positive experiences working with Pam, so much so that we have had her come in and clean up all of the computers in the office. Every office works with computers and when they stop working it’s nice to know that we have a reliable source to fix them.”
